October and pukey orange only means one thing where I'm from (no not pumpkin spice flavored anything): Alabama versus Tennessee! Welcome to Hate Week.

Let's get rocked!
1) Journey/The Party's Over (Hopelessly In Love) (Time, Disc 2) - Oh yeah, some of that classic 70's Journey. This was actually the new studio song on the Captured live concert album.

2) Rick Wakeman/Hercules (A Suite of Gods) - Give this man a list, and he can make an album out of it, but alas there is no YouTube video. RW is currently touring with other ex-Yes members Jon Anderson and Trevor Rabin as ARW. There is supposedly new material coming out soon.

3) Fleetwood Mac/Don't Stop (Greatest Hits) - This made me (chills) think about (chills) when Bill Clinton (rapist) was elected president (chills).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4) Renaissance/Ashes Are Burning (Ashes Are Burning) - I'm not exactly why I have them in my music library.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5) The Nice/Rondo 69 (Nice) - This is Keith Emerson's band before he joined ELP so it's mostly a keyboard showpiece act.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6) The Human League/The Sound of the Crowd (Very Best Of) - Another one of their "greatest hits" I have never heard of.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7) Billy Joel/Lullabye (Goodnight, My Angel) (River of Dreams) - Billy and a piano. As good as you might imagine.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8) Rick Wakeman/Just Another Day (Retro) - And just like that, boom goes the dynamite. Welcome to an island of exile my friend. Maybe you can do 37 solo albums by the time you get rescued next week. Other than that this track is quite cool.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
9) Apollo 440/Bad Chemistry (Dude Descending a Staircase) - These guys are just way too cool.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
10) Chicago/Colour My World (Chicago II) - I do not know why they spelled it that way either, but classic song from maybe their best album. This is a small section of a much larger piece.

The STCS for this week goes to The Moody Blues/Forever Autumn (The Best Of). Probably way too mellow for Spinal Tap. We finally have a victim that gets sent to Exile Island this week and it is none other than Rick Wakeman. Is anyone surprised? Anyone? Me either. Question is, how long will it last, or do we get a Tarkus sighting?

Stay cool/dry/comfy wherever you are, avoid pumpkin spice flavored anything, be safe, hate Tennessee, and Roll Tide!
Because it's autumn!
