Friday and the Random 10 (24 Hour Disney Day Edition)

And here we go again. It's the Friday before Memorial Day so what does Disney go and do to us again? Yep, it's that deal where we stay open for a whole 24 hours. I have a 13 hour shift, but at least I am not part of the overnight crew. So to honor all us hard working cast members I am going to copy what I did in this countdown from the previous over-nighter and do a Top 24 list, instead of top 10. Yeah it's one of those special event type things. Next week will return to normal (or for what passes for normal around here).

Even though it does not apply this week, you can still check out last week's Random 10 by following this link, or trying to figure out the artists from the cool picture below:

As always the rules and whatnot are up there ↑ at the top next to the Home tab.

Exile Island is free and clear of castaways. When you break the rules by showing up more than once in a countdown you get exiled. This stops also you from appearing in the countdown below. I am going to ignore the rules for this week.

********************************************************************************

1) Yes/Going for the One
2) Rick Wakeman/The Peregrine Falcon
3) Pink Floyd/The Grand Vizier's Garden Party (Part 3)
4) Phil Collins/I'm Not Moving
5) Def Leppard/Foolin' (Live)

6) Enigma/Why! ...
7) Boston/Cool the Engines
8) Triumph/Magic Power
9) Foreigner/I Need You
10) Spandau Ballet/Lifeline

STCS: Anathema/Don't Look Too far

12) Journey/Raised on Radio
13) The Moody Blues/I'm Your Man
14) Fleetwood Mac/Rhiannon
15) Bob Seger/The Fire Inside

16) Prince/I Wanna Be Your Lover
17) Camel/Spirit of the Water
18) Enigma/Back to the Rivers of Belief
19) Led Zeppelin/What Is and What Should Never Be
20) Van Halen/Secrets

21) Jimmy Buffett/Miss You So Badly
22) Led Zeppelin/No Quarter
23) HSAS/Eyes of Love
24) Faith No More/Pills for Breakfast

********************************************************************************

Well that was certainly a good mix. Not too many repetitions, but like I said before it's all good this week. Only Enigma and Zeppelin would have gotten the ban. That's not too bad. No duds either, but I'm pretty sure the exact same Spandau Ballet song showed up last week. It may have to get deleted. The albums/covers just seemed like too much work (and a formatting nightmare) so I will bring that back next week as well.

********************************************************************************

As always stay warm/cool and comfy wherever you are. Go Braves and Roll Tide!

Was glad to see Triumph show up so they can play us out this week:

Something's at the edge of your mind
You don't know what it is
Something you were hoping to find
But you're not sure what it is
