Last week Hali got sent home and Jenn has been bummed out ever since. Back at camp, Shirin knows she is on the wrong side of the numbers game and basically lets Mike/Sierra know she would be down for whatever they want if they decided to stage a little coup. Mike doesn't know if he can trust her and asks her what she see as the biggest threat. She points out the Carolyn/Rodney/Tyler alliance and Mike agrees. #GroupWithinAGroup
Reward Challenge
Up for reward this week was a vast assortment of chocolate and candy bars. #ChocolateCafe
They were split into two teams of five and had to maneuver through an obstacle course in the water. When all five of your teammates made it to the end, then you would use a hook on a rope to grapple five rings in the water. First to get all five wins.
Carolyn, Will, Rodney, Jenn and Joe were on one team and Mike, Dan, Tyler, Shirin and Sierra were on the other. Let's just say some of the participants were less than graceful and flopped around liked beached whales (Will and Dan). There was also a lot of slipping and falling by others. In the end though, as both teams were trying to hook the hoops it was Mike's team that won. He got to share the reward with Dan, Tyler, Shirin and Sierra.
No strategy was talked about at the chocolate cafe. However, back at the camp with the losers, Rodney cracked everyone up with spot on impressions of Mike and Dan. Joe wondered if Rodney didn't like Mike because of this and thought there might be something there he could exploit later.
Jenn was displaying her aversion to staying in the game and told Joe if he did not win immunity and she did, she would give it to him.

Individual Immunity Challenge
This challenge was another physical one. They all had to stand on their tip toes in a frame and hold a cylinder to the top with their heads. The first to drop were Carolyn, Will, Shirin, Rodney and Dan. Next out were Sierra, Joe (!), and Mike, leaving Jenn and Tyler. For someone that said she didn't want to be in the game anymore Jenn sure put up a good fight but in the end her cylinder dropped and Tyler won immunity.

Tribal Council
The majority seven (Mike, Dan, Sierra, Rodney, Carolyn, Tyler, Will) decided to split their vote between Joe and Jenn, four to three. Shirin approached them both and realized that would probably be the strategy and offered to vote for Jenn to force a tie. And if Joe voted for Jenn also he would be able to survive. Question is would she really do it?
The best part of all the scheming was that Joe had built his own fake immunity idol out of spare parts of things. He told Mike he would give it to him at tribal if he did not write his name down. Mike wanted it right then but Joe said no. As soon as they sat down he slid it to him.
Before the vote, Mike asked Jeff if he could verify that is was a real immunity idol. Jeff said nope, take your chances. After the votes were cast, Mike played the idol on Will, and was then told it was fake.
Dan got a random vote (Jenn), and Jenn did have four votes, one more than expected, but Shirin did not go through with her plan and voted for Joe which gave him five and sent him home.
There are times I am not sure whether Shirin is smart or dumb. I am also not sure if Jenn's attitude is a strategy that she is using to win the game.
