Friday and the Random 10 (Rockin' Edition)

Right now we find ourselves poised on the precipice of the holiday season (I don't count Halloween). By this time next week, we will have passed out into our Tryptofan comas after experiencing severe meat sweats. Others will head into the madness that is Black Friday. Me? Oh I work for Disney so I will be working. A lot. Like 80+ hours in the next week. Makes for a decent paycheck but the only family I will be seeing is my coworkers. #CastMemberLife


Luckily I am off today so I can put out the Random 10. I am not so sure about next week though. Looking back at last week, Exile Island currently looks like this:

RW has achieved Mayor status, though he has a chance to be paroled this week. No idea what is going on? Check out the rules and whatnot up there ↑ at the top.

1) Evanescence/What You Want - Just added this last night and it shows up right away. Good sign.

2) Styx/Manic Depression - From their album of remakes though I'm not sure who did this song originally. Oh it's Hendrix. Thanks Google.

3) Chicago/Gone Long Gone - Every time they show up I get nervous.

4) AC/DC/For Those About to Rock - We definitely salute you!

5) Rick Wakeman/Frost in Space

5) Deep Purple/(Exposition) We Can Work It Out - I never saw what the big deal was about this band.

6) Casting Crowns/Slow Fade - I am sure some of you are shocked at this one. I found a fondness for them during a rough period in my life.

7) Dream Theater/Scarred - I'm trying to dig them. I really am.

8) Meatloaf/Read'em and Weep - It's there in my eyes and coming straight from my heart. It's running silent and angry and deep. It's here in my eyes and it's all I can say. C'mon look at me and read 'em and weep.

9) The Beatles/Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band (reprise) - How can Viggle not recognize this one?

10) Motley Crue/Same Ol' Situation - Yes, yes it is.

RW just couldn't stand sharing the mayor role of Exile Island. Now he has it all to himself. Other than that, it was a pretty rockin' countdown. The STCS for this week is Van Halen/Tora! Tora!. Well that certainly kept up with the theme.
