Now, first of all, let me say that I am in no way an expert in any kind of way about this show. Actually I am only a few seasons in, but I'm starting to get the hang of it. This blog post is my way of helping me keep all things sorted out. So take it easy on me if I make mistakes.

Back at camp there were a few things of note. Dr Mike, realizing he is probably on the bottom of the Healers that are left, started throwing some mud. He started throwing Cole under the proverbial bus, and explained how their tribe basically fell to pieces without much help.
Lauren and Ben met up for a quick chat and stayed tight over her pulling off her advantage successfully. Ryan, for some inexplicable reason tells Devon that he has the idol the others were fighting for in the sand. No one can keep a secret at all this season.

Reward Challenge
I like these challenges that send certain groups of players away from the rest of the group. So many dynamics end up being discussed. This one is for lunch on a private yacht. It is a small swim to a ladder and then diving off the top. Releasing underwater buoys gave keys that unlocked a chest full of balls that must be shot into baskets.
The red team was Chrissy, Cole, JP, Mike and Joe. The blue team is Ben, Ashley, Devon, Ryan and Lauren.
Chrissy/Cole/JP released all their buoys before Ben/Ashley/Devon. Mike/Joe unlocked the balls before Ryan/Lauren. When they started shooting:
Joe hit 3 in a row - Red 3, Blue 0
Ben hits 3 in a row - Red 3, Blue 3
Joe hits 2 more - Red wins 5-3
Not much happened on the cruise, except Joe faking/not faking looking for an idol or advantage. He didn't find anything. The yacht did a drive by of the camp and were given a #4BunSalute as they went by. They at least looked like they were having fun.

Individual Immunity Challenge
This challenge was to squat with poles on each shoulder and balance a jar of water at the end. Too high or low and you set off another flag which causes you to lose as well.
Ashley falls first and is followed by Mike, JP, Devon, Joe and Ben. At the 20 minutes mark, Chrissy goes down, as does Ryan.
Cole needs it badly but drops and is outlasted by Lauren to win immunity.

Tribal Council
Everyone is still focused on getting out the Healers. Ben wants them to split votes, 4 for Cole and 3 for... Mike?!? I am not the only one not understanding this move. Ashley's previous fight with Joe wants him gone ASAP. Chrissy was upset that she couldn't even ask questions about it. Look for future cracks in the alliance over things like this.
At tribal, Mike whispers to Joe to follow his lead and the proceeds to give a huge speech that involved moral societies, the British, and the Statue of Liberty. No really. It was beautiful. And then he played his idol.
Ben got one vote, Mike got two, butCoal Cole got the other seven to finally be voted out.
