NCAA Football

It's starting to get down to the nitty gritty part of the season now so I am just going to start focusing on the top ten teams. Well, this is what the Top 10 looked like before Saturday 10/15/16:

#1 Alabama 49, #9 Tennessee 10 ( I predicted Bama 41, UT 27 so not bad). We are just too good right now.

#2 Ohio State 30, #8 Wisconsin 23 (OT). I guessed OSU 35, Wisky 14. This game was closer than I thought and if Wisconsin had any kind of offense they would have won this game. They just looked inept in overtime. OSU didn't look much better.

#3 Clemson 24, NC State 17 (OT)
#4 Michigan Idle
#5 Washington Idle
#6 Texas A&M Idle
#7 Louisville 24, Duke 14
#8 Wisconsin lost to #2 Ohio State
#9 Tennessee got destroyed by Alabama

#10 Nebraska 27, Indiana 22

Vandy 17, Georgia 16

The new Top 10 and notable scores for the week of 10/22/16:

1 Alabama 33, #6 Texas A&M 14. Keep on rollin'.

2 Ohio State loses to unranked Penn State 24-21.

3 Michigan (1)
4 Clemson
5 Washington
6 Texas A&M lost to #1 Bama
7 Louisville
8 Nebraska
9 Baylor
10 Wisconsin

Game of the Week:
Oklahoma 66, Texas Tech 57

Baker Mayfield (OU) passed for seven touchdowns and 545 yards. Joe Mixon caught three touchdowns passes and ran for two touchdowns more. He finished with 263 yards rushing and 114 yards receiving. He's the first Sooner ever to reach 200 yards rushing and 100 receiving in the same game.

Pat Mahomes threw for five touchdowns and 734 yards for Texas Tech.

Understatement of the week: Oklahoma defensive coordinator Mike Stoops was disappointed in his unit. And with his defense <rimshot>
