Now, first of all, let me say that I am in no way an expert in any kind of way about this show. Actually I am only a few seasons in, but I have seen the previous season in this format. This blog post is my way of helping me keep all things sorted out. So take it easy on me if I make mistakes.
Tai just looks like his soul is hurting the way the game is being played. He asked Scot/Jason if they could extend an olive branch and bring the camp back together. That wasn't taken to well. Scot did offer Aubry a chance at an alliance because they want Cydney out so bad for jumping the Brawn ship. She said she would think about it, but didn't like the fact that terms were dictated to her.

Reward Challenge
The Reward Challenge was broken into three parts: Love, Food or Advantage. Each person would be up against only those people that chose the same reward as them. The challenge was to support two ceramic pots on the other end of a seesaw with one leg. If it drops you're out.
Love: letters from home. The only ones to choose this was Julia and Joe. Joe was actually the first person to drop in the whole challenge so Julia got her letters.
Food: big cheeseburger w/fries and a cold beer. This was between Scot, Jason, and Michelle. They actually fell in that order too with Michelle winning the food.
Advantage: no one knew what the advantage was, but fighting for it was Tai, Cydney and Aubry. They were also the last three still standing. Cydney went down first surprisingly, with Tai barely outlasting Aubry to win the advantage.
The advantage turned out to be an extra vote at tribal, as long as there are up to five people left. He will have to use that soon or lose it.

Individual Immunity Challenge
The challenge this week was to hold your arms straight out and push wooden circles against a beam with only your fingertips. The circles were also holding pots so when they dropped, you were out.
Joe was the first one out (again) and is basically worthless at any kind of challenge.

25 minute mark: Scot drops, followed by Julia, Tai, and then Michelle.
45 minute mark: Cydney drops leaving only Jason and Aubry. A full half hour after this, at the 1 hour 15 minute mark, Aubry loses a very valiant fight and drops mere seconds before Jason does. Jason wins immunity.

Julia brings up the fact that they have to flush out those idols from Tai, but Aubry has been working on him to flip and join the good side. Julia tells Scot/Jason this and they are cool with it because they said they know he is a threat to them and will have to cut him loose eventually.
Even worse is that even in his own alliance his opinions do not matter much. After bringing up a possible alliance with Aubry, Scot/ Jason decided she was the next to go before Tai could even mention her name. Before tribal, Jason gave his idol to Scot.
At tribal it was still the whole "yeah we know we're in charge" bragging by the guys, but Tai was suspiciously quiet. you could see by the look on his face he was a troubled man.
No one played an idol before the votes. Tai got two votes. Aubry got two votes. Scot got the remaining four votes and just sat there, waiting. They all looked at Tai, and he just shook his head and said I'm sorry, but no. Things did not go according to plan as he did not use the super idol to save Scot. He goes home with an idol in his pocket.
Never assume someone else is going to save your ass.
