Sometimes, there are some songs that get lost on albums (or are left off the album altogether) that are truly great. Most of the time it isn't even recognized until years later. So this is a spot where I would like to put those songs in the spotlight for everyone to hear, and hopefully appreciate like I do.
Now this song is more of a "one hit wonder" from a band called Diesel. This single has been in my collection and my memory since 1981 (yeah, I know). It is one of my favorite summer, cruising with the windows down songs. Here is "Sausalito Summernight":
