Okay so we still have a few names on the naughty list here. I'll set them free if they can make it through this countdown. And as usual, the rules and whatnot are up there ↑ at the top near the home tab.

Turn me loose!
1) The Bee Gees/Guilty (Their Greatest Hits) - I'm totally not apologizing for this one. And is that Barbara Streisand I hear?
2) Anathema/Scars of the Old Stream (Resonance) - Well this one was slightly creepy. Not quite an IALA moment this time.
3) Yes/Going for the One (The Ultimate Yes) - One of the rocking-est songs they ever did. This is from yet another compilation album of theirs with a new bread crumb of a bonus track thrown in to get you to buy it. Dang, it worked.
4) Apollo 440/Liquid Cool (Millennium Fever) - This is one of my saving graces of funkiness and coolness.
5) Red Hot Chili Peppers/No Chump Love Sucker (The Uplift Mofo Party Plan) - I have no idea. Am I still cool?
6) ZZ Top/Got Me Under Pressure (Eliminator) - Being in high school during this time period was epic. Everyone had this album.
7) Renaissance/Last Day of School (Ashes are Burning) - Killer guitar and piano work. Another British prog band I need to look into more. Oh, and welcome to the party.

8) Kansas/On the Other Side (Monolith) - This is an almost forgotten about album to me. It's great though. Maybe because it's sandwiched between Point of Know Return and AudioVisions.
9) HSAS/He Will Understand (Through the Fire) - Anyone else remember this? It was a quick collaboration between Sammy Hagar and Neal Schon.
The Moody Blues and AC/DC back to back here? NOPE. |
10) Yes/Changes (90125) - Dang. I mean I'm happy that it is Yes, but it gets them banned. Not a lot of room left on that island. Great song though.

As always stay cool/dry and comfy wherever you are. Roll Tide! Beat the Gators!

But she won't let me use my passion unless it's in a limousine...
