Now, first of all, let me say that I am in no way an expert in any kind of way about this show. Actually I am only a few seasons in, but I have seen the previous season in this format. This blog post is my way of helping me keep all things sorted out. So take it easy on me if I make mistakes.
After tribal, the remaining players basically split into two groups. Jason, Michelle and Cydney were feeling on the bottom. Tai, Joe, and Aubry began strategizing immediately (well mostly Tai), when out of nowhere Tai reveals his secret advantage to them. Is he fricking insane? I mean first he drops the bomb about the "super idol" and then he gives away secret information like that?!? He may be playing the stupidest game I have ever seen.

Reward Challenge
The reward for this week was a visit to the Wildlife Alliance to see some rescued animals, followed by a picnic. In order to win it, you and your partners had to swim through an obstacle course to collect three balls, and then walk around a floating maze to get the balls in a hole at the center one at a time.
Jason/Michelle/Tai and Joe/Cydney/Aubry were the teams.
It started off as Jason against Joe and it just showed how worthless Joe is in any kind of challenge. As a matter of fact, all three of the other teams members got to the maze before Joe was able to crawl up there himself. Jason's team had quickly figured how to work well together and already had two balls in and working on their third by time the other team got their first one. It was over right after that.
There was no scheming amongst the three winners at the picnic, just side interviews that showed Tai wanting Michelle out, and Michelle thinking Jason should go.
Back at camp though things got pretty interesting. Joe started giving orders about getting wood for the fire, and Cydney wanted no part of being bossed around like that. Even Aubry tried to play the nice card, but even she got fussed at by ornery old Joe. They both began to wonder if it was time for him to finally go.

Individual Immunity Challenge
The challenge this week was to stack letter blocks spelling out "immunity" onto a wobbly board that each person kept straight with a rope. They had to walk back, grab one letter at a time, move back to the board and stack them while keeping the rope tight at all times.
Cydney started off on a turtle's pace while everyone ran back and forth like hares. Once everyone got to about three or four blocks they started tumbling down. Down goes Joe's and he has to start over. Then Michelle. And Tai and Aubry and Jason. And Michelle and Tai again, while Cydney keeps on her slow pace. And Joe? Well apparently he never learned to spell and kept heading out with the wrong letters.

Now the discussions begin, or in others words, Tai begins ordering how people should vote. He still wants Michelle out, but Joe says no. Cydney, fresh off the being bossed around by Joe thing, doesn't appreciate being dictated to. Even Aubry says she agree with Tai, but not how he was delegating things.
All this is screaming for me to say "team up and vote out Tai!" Flush his idol out and force him to use that not so secret advantage. He has all the power and they are doing nothing about it. And there's only six of them left! What are they waiting for?
So at tribal Michelle figures she better stir the pot hard. She went at Tai and called him out on flopping, just like Jason did the week before. It got heated between those two big time. And then it came down to the vote. And then Tai used his advantage and voted twice for Michelle.
Those were the only two votes she got. Joe got a vote (his first one....SAY WHAT?!?), but the rest of the group voted against Tai's wishes and sent Jason home instead. The look on Tai's face showed the worry of his power slipping away...
So that leaves us with (total tribal votes received in parentheses):
