This Day in Music History: Rush/Vapor Trails (05/14)

Vapor Trails is the seventeenth studio album by Canadian rock band Rush, released on this day in 2002. Its release marked the first studio album for the band in six years, (since Test for Echo in 1996) because of personal tragedies that befell drummer Neil Peart in the late 1990's.

The album reached #6 on the Billboard 200 album chart. It had two singles place on the US Mainstream Rock chart: "One Little Victory" (#10), and "Secret Touch" (#25).
