Baseball Cards Mail Day (01/10/19)

And the cards keep rolling in. I ordered a lot of cards using holiday gift cards and they all seem to be arriving at once. Gotta get them documented before they start piling up.

Base

 This is from 2018 Topps Update. It is an SP (short print) Legend Variation of the base card #23 (JD Martinez). I'm not really sure how rare these short prints are. I see the odds per pack ranging from 1:9 to 1:273 so I have no idea how many of these things are out there.

Baseball Cards Mail Day (01/05/19)

Lots in the mail today. Like I've said in my previous posts, I have some catching up to do with my Wade Boggs collection. I started looking for simple base cards that I needed, before looking for cards I would consider bargains (at least to me).

Base

 Okay so left to right is a 2018 Donruss #73, 2018 Topps Archives #248, and a 2018 Topps Salute #76. I got them all for $0.99 each which is about what I would expect for a newer single.
